Refund Policy
Refund window
You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Once approved, the refund is initiated on our side within 1–3 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Partial refunds
Items returned with missing parts or visible damage caused after delivery may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Non-refundable
- Items reported lost or damaged more than 30 days after delivery
- Items with intentional damage or alteration
