If Luma Screen isn't for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

What's eligible

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Lens and frame must be undamaged and free of major scratches
  • All accessories (travel pouch, cloth) included

How to return

  1. Email support@lumascreen.co with your order number.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Drop the package at your nearest carrier location.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional business days to display the funds.

Damaged or faulty items

If your Luma arrives damaged or develops a fault, email a photo to support@lumascreen.co and we'll send a free replacement immediately — no return required.
