If Luma Screen isn't for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
What's eligible
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Lens and frame must be undamaged and free of major scratches
- All accessories (travel pouch, cloth) included
How to return
- Email support@lumascreen.co with your order number.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Drop the package at your nearest carrier location.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional business days to display the funds.
Damaged or faulty items
If your Luma arrives damaged or develops a fault, email a photo to support@lumascreen.co and we'll send a free replacement immediately — no return required.
