Processing

Orders are processed in the order they're received. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions. Because shipping windows can be affected by customs, public holidays, and weather, we don't quote a fixed number of days. Your tracking link is the most accurate source of truth for your order.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, worldwide. No minimums.

Customs & duties

For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or stuck parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your parcel appears lost, email support@lumascreen.co and we'll take care of it — either resending your order or refunding it in full.
